Healing Diva - Women's Retreat - August 10 & 11, 2019

 Your hostess Sherri Dmyterko gives you the space you need to relax, recharge and most importantly - re-focus your life. Vinegar Hill is a lushly wooded 17-acre cottage property on the Saugeen River in West Grey County - a short 90 minute drive from Kitchener-Waterloo, and 2 hours from Toronto. Look for the town of Durham, just north of Mount Forest on Highway 6 - and just south of Owen Sound.

Food and snacks provided - you are welcome to bring snacks or something to share with the group. 

There are no formal activities planned other than a meditation and a hike - there is plenty of time to sit back and relax. Bring a book and grab a lounger by the pond. There are loads of puzzles and games. Yes, there is television - but only movies. Sadly no WIFI - consider shutting off your device for 24 hours.

• Arriving Saturday at noon, enjoy a light lunch and tour of the property.  
• Settle into your shared accomodations, and then grab a drink and chill out by the pond. 
• Pre-dinner energy healing meditation
• Community dinner prep and barbecue, followed by a roaring bonfire and smores.

 Space for 6 women with a combination of single beds, a double bed and bunk beds in the main cabin and the luxury 30-foot camper. 

Sleeping quarters are on a first-come, first serve basis.

If you are travelling with a friend, I hope you will be willing to share a bedroom. 

If you are travelling solo, I aim to make your stay fun and relaxing -  and hopefully you end the weekend with a bunch of new friendships.

Swimming is available - the pond is spring fed and amazingly refreshing - the Saugeen River is a short walk down a trail from the main yard and some of the cleanest water in Ontario.

Alcohol is allowed - this is your holiday, so please bring and enjoy your favourite beverages. But please be respectful and responsible. Binge drinking is not cool!

I can somewhat accomodate food allergies - However I can't be preparing 6 different meals. If you need vegetarian, no problem - Vegan is probably doable as well  - but if it starts getting really complicated, feel free to bring your own food. 

There is ONE bathroom - so please be respectful of your fellow travellers and don't be a powder room hog. We are on a well, and have ample water - so if you'd like a shower during your stay, no problem at all.
