Osteodouce

Osteodouce is an innovative method of healing discovered by Jacky roux from France which provides EFFECTIVE and POWERFUL results to treat physical pains. 

In 2000, a French osteopath, Jacky Roux, discovered a movement similar to the primary respiratory mechanism that can be felt in all life forms, mineral, vegetal or animal. He calls this movement the Movement of Life.

Very quickly, he realized that the movement of life can be felt at a great distance from the patient. He realized that results obtained remotely from a patient's body were better and deeper than those obtained in contact.

Over the years, he developed a method that he called Osteodouce ( gentle osteopathy )

When we practice this method, we virtually connect to a joint, our fingers from one hand will be a specific bone, our fingers from the other hand will represent another bone, then we see if we feel between them a harmonious motion in the form of an 8. This motion is called Lemniscate.

If a joint does not present this harmonious shape, it means that bones are not in there original position. The harmonization work is done by putting our full attention on this joint. After a while, we can feel bones leaving their traumatic positions until they gradually regain their harmonious life movement. The structure is adjusted in an energetic way.

The vision of Osteodouce is defined in several points:

- the practitioner works with the universal energy. This energy contains everything, it has a consciousness which is Love. 

- each bone, ligament and organ have a specific consciousness. We can communicate with them, feel and release them 

- a practitioner serves as a mediator between the Universal Energy and the consciousness of bones or organs. His role is to observe a body part until he goes back to its original motion, this method respects the bone history and integrity. 

- the Universal energy is One and manifests through a polarity. When they are in harmony, these two polarities brings health as energy circulates. 

- Universal energy acts beyond the notions of space. An experienced therapist can work from very far distances from a patient. Distance does not exist anymore. 

- Universal energy acts beyond the notions of time. It is possible for the universal energy to go back in time to free the origin of a traumatic problem. 

While conventional osteopathy just restores some adaptations, osteodouce can deeply release a large number of adaptive and lesional layers.

- Osteodouce method allows to scan any body parts with a great precision. It is very easy to learn to do so. - It is possible to harmonize articular surfaces, to release intraosseous and intrinsic torsions. - It allows to release emotions and ancestral memories which hold bones or organs.

Polarity Therapy

 Polarity Therapy is a gentle, holistic method of treatment created more than 100 years by Dr. Randolph Stone, a chiropractor, naturopath and osteopath. 

Central to Polarity Therapy is the concept of a life energy.  Disease is a process which occurs when the life energy is blocked or out of balance. It could be said that there is only one disease, that of disturbance of the energetic system, with different outcomes depending on the nature of the disturbance, and where it occurs. To overcome these problems Polarity therapy uses a system of gentle bodywork: cranial holds, rocking movements, some techniques similar to reflexology, and some techniques derived from Osteopathy and Chiropractic, but with an energetic rather than manipulative focus.

Characteristic of Polarity Therapy are Bipolar contacts (i.e. using both hands, or fingers of both hands) which link energetically and functionally related areas of the body to facilitate the movement of body energy. Both light and deep contacts may be used, but forceful manipulations are not performed in Polarity therapy, and it is therefore suitable for elderly and frail clients.

The experience of the bodywork is often deeply relaxing and may also lead to emotional releases such as tears or laughter. The bodywork aspect of the work is difficult to describe, it needs to be experienced.

In a standard treatment Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client.

The client is usually laying on a massage table. What one experiences during a Reiki treatment varies somewhat from person to person. However, feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. In addition, many feel a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and surrounds them.

As the Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings a state of peace and well-being is experienced. Some drift off to sleep or report floating outside their bodies or have visions and other mystical experiences.
