What is energy healing?

 Energy healing has been around for thousands of years and is called a lot of things. There are so many modalities kicking around that it can all seem quite confusing.

The best way to think of it is that your body is made of energy, and that energy flows in certain patterns. When these patterns become stuck or blocked, you feel off your game. What energy healing does is it resets the energy patterns, removes the blocks and gives your system a reboot.

There are a lot of variables that affect the human body - genetics, environment, stress are just a few. What energy healing aims to do is help maintain balance. And when things are in balance, you feel awesome! 

How does it work?

 Everyone is unique, and so is everyone's experience with this healing energy. Some may experience profound, miraculous changes to their well-being. Others may joyfully benefit from temporary relief from pain. For others, depression may lift, and life might just feel a little easier. There is no way to determine how your body will react to the energy; but trust that this is powerful, this is healing, this is helping your body on so many levels. It truly can be difficult to comprehend.

This healing energy, which flows from Sherri's hands into a client's body, goes exactly where it needs to. It works on many levels, both within the physical and etheric bodies, helping to restore natural rhythms, promoting healing.

A healing session typically take one hour, and is conducted with a client lying comfortably on a massage table, fully-clothed. Many people report feeling tingling, heat, and pulsing within the body during a session. 

What to expect...

 Sherri opens an energy gateway,  bringing multiple dimensions of time and space together down to the physical plane. You can visualize it like a large clear tube pushed down through water. Through this tube, Sherri bridges the gap between the dimensions, allowing you access to powerful healing frequencies that are otherwise out of your reach.

Deep relaxation, a reduction in tension and pain, and the release of emotional issues are typical for many following a session.
